Facilitate design workshops that help drive product strategy and involve product team members and stakeholders in the human-centered design process.

Partner with key stakeholders to gather requirements, assess project suitability, scope, and timeline with respect to office threshold and resources while ensuring stakeholders’ active participation with the project.

Shape design and product strategy by facilitating exercises with key stakeholders, conducting discovery research and aligning business objectives with customer desirability, and tackling critical user pain points.

Managed large-scale infrastructure projects to transition applications to Amazon’s Commercial Cloud Services.

Designed and developed mobile and web applications, websites, and data visualizations using HTML, SASS, JavaScript, Angular, PHP, WordPress.

Designed and evaluated the usability of products focusing on accessibility based on WCAG 2.0 and Section 508.

Winner in a government-wide design competition for the mobile app category. Like the Emmy’s, but for members of the Intelligence community.

Meritorious Unit Citation
Awarded for modernizing a legacy Flash development process to HTML/CSS/JS with Angular as our framework. Our team was the first in the United States Intelligence Community to do this.

Exceptional Performance Awards
Given for achieving excellence in support of the mission. During my tenure I have received over 15 EPAs for my work in the presentation of analysis and the development of web and mobile applications.
