The BLUF

Design an all encompassing application used to manage personnel, store documents, manage payroll, and ingest applicants for Constant Advancement.

The Process

In a nutshell, I began with defining the requirements set forth by the client, developing a brief, sketching out various views, and establish a style that would tie in with the company’s current brand.

I defined four personas for this project:

Current CA Employee
Management Team (they handle all administration functions for the company)
Perspective CA Employee
Recently Hired CA Employee

The Outcome

The application is still in development, the above images (minus the missing dashboard page), were provided to the client for the first phase of the development cycle. While this is still a work in progress, we have already met the goals set forth by client for phase one. We continue to work in an Agile environment to complete the project ahead of the final deadline.
